After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• International shipments: 10-15 business days depending on the destination country and courier service

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance procedures, or unexpected delays.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and package weight

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the courier’s system.

5. Customs and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Responsibility
